A Report from the National Marriage Caucus, October 24th, 2006

Word.ca, the Institute for Canadian Values and the Canadian Family Action Coalition have impacted the debate about marriage. New and fresh information has been raised. Information that the Liberal government and those other MPs who passed C38 on a forced vote refused to talk about. The ramble has gone from “it is a done deal, Canadians want to move on “ to what about the rights of children, the impact now on perverse teaching in public education, the lack of social impact study, the results of the report from France, and the loss of religious freedoms.

These organizations raised issues in both the Marriage Caucus events and the national news conference on these matters. Now we are having some discussion that should have happened before the Liberal government forced the Civil Marriage...
